Once you have the 5x5 grid, A to Y represent the day number in that position (A=24, B=13, for example). Put these numbers into the second grid. For the top left square, D=5, T=4. Use these numbers to index the answers you have worked out for the puzzle in that position. For the top left square, 5th letter of answer = W, 4th letter = H. This will spell out a message.
